How do I place an order on Zeal Cart?

Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping details and complete payment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account to track the status under “My Orders."

Do you offer delivery across the UAE?

Yes! We offer fast and reliable shipping across all seven emirates—Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days depending on your location.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free on orders above AED 100. For orders below that, a small delivery fee will apply, visible at checkout.

We accept major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

What is your return policy?

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I request a return?

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after your return is received and approved.
